Our holdings span most major asset classes including office, industrial, multifamily, retail, healthcare and select hospitality, and are located in several states throughout the United States.
In addition to making direct equity investments in real estate, Pomeroy Investment Corporation is an active and direct purchaser of seasoned, distressed, and non-performing real estate-backed loans located in several markets throughout the country. Additionally, our Pomeroy Management Inc. subsidiary provides asset and property management services for several of our current multifamily, office, and industrial holdings, as well as for select projects owned by third parties.
